What is the average cost of a cleaning service for private individuals?
The cost depends on the length of time required and the type of service (cleaning, ironing, windows). Following a free visit to your home, we’ll give you a personalized estimate.
Do you provide your own cleaning materials or do you bring your own?
As part of our regular in-home cleaning service, we use your own equipment and cleaning products. A list of basic equipment and products will be provided to help you. We can also advise you on request. For window cleaning and special cleaning services, we use our own equipment.
How are speakers recruited?
Eclat de Moselle selects trained and qualified caregivers to work in your home. Our rigorous selection process, our work methods and tools, and the importance we attach to our staff’s personal development are at the heart of our quality approach.
Do I have to be present for the first operation?
This is not necessary. During your appointment with our Administrative and Sales Assistant, all the tasks and particularities of your home have been noted. On the first visit, our Assistant will accompany your Maintenance Agent to explain everything to him/her, show him/her where the equipment is located and how to secure access when he/she leaves.
Is it always the same person who comes to my home?
Yes, except in exceptional cases such as accident or illness. We will then schedule a replacement as soon as possible, if possible. Thanks to our detailed intervention sheet and a good briefing with our Assistant, the replacement will know exactly what to do and where to find the equipment.
Can ironing be done at home?
Yes, we offer home ironing for your convenience.
Do you offer deep-cleaning services (spring, post-holiday, moving, rental or sale, construction, etc.)?
Yes, we offer deep-cleaning services for key times of the year or according to your specific needs.
